Delivery Responsibility
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and ensure availability for delivery.
- Our couriers will attempt delivery up to three times and may contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, the order may be canceled.
- Customers are required to provide the correct delivery location based on the specified delivery timings and must ensure appropriate arrangements are made to receive their order at the designated location within this timeframe.
Undelivered & Lost Packages
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate.
- Lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery details. If your shipping address is updated after the order has been placed, there may be a delay in delivery and processing time may be extended to accommodate the update.
